why is this in the development forum, this isnt a development so why is it here

Im used to there being two folders after you download...Im only seeing one? What steps do I take to making this work on my PSP...I've downloaded and have opened v1.32...

Just to let you know, that only runs GBC and GB, but if you want a GBA, I would recomend GPSP 0.8 (http://www.dcemu.co.uk/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=38421) which is a full speed one and it also runs the GBC and GB.
