To anyone who hasn't got GTA:VCS yet, I finished it this morning on the way to work, and have to say, I'm truly satisfied :D
Probly pick this guide up for help with those darn balloons :)

You sat there and found all 100 hidden packages for LCS by yourself with no help? Pfft. Or you completed VCS 100% without refering to anything at all, not forums, not guides, nothing. Because your just that good. Whatever.
A small reference, especially an official one, isn't bad to just have around. I bought the Half-life 2 guide just for collectors sake, months after finishing it.
