Can u set the language in japanese games to english because theres some games like super robot taisen that i want to get but i cant read japanese >.<'.

Only if the game includes the option, and most Japanese games I've played have some English in them too.

Probably best you dont buy japanese games then. Seems a waste to import a game when you can't even play it.
