New shots of Kuju's PSP dungeon crawler level up inside

Atari is proud to announce that D&D Tactics is the first Dungeons & Dragons game to grace Sony's handheld.

The hack and slash adventure is currently planned for release next March.

Wait...is it turn based or real time? "Hack-and-slash" makes it sound real time, yet it's titled D&D Tactics.

Ugh... It looks like Brotherhood of the Blade... That game wasn't terrible but it was... ... ... Just mash the attack button as fast as you possibly can.

Hope this D&D game isn't bad...

it is turn based

Well, that's dissapointing. It looks very nice, but I don't like most turn based games.

d&d is all about having plenty of time to think about your next move. I know what you mean though, turn based play can be really slow. I guess it's all about strategy rather than hack n slash game play.

One thing that is missing from that video though....

wheres all the blood!!

RPG's and Tactical RPG's tend to be my favorite games but the PSP titles in those genres have been far from extraordinary. I hope this game delivers.
