Possible to play .3ds games?

Hi..

I just got a 3ds console and a m3i zero card. I've setup (flush?) the card and now I can play my old Nintendo DS games on my 3ds console.

I've also downloaded a couple of 3ds games (their file extension ends with .3ds) and wondering how to or even if it's possible to play? I saw a few post saying it's not possible to play 3ds games on flush card yet, but the posts are quite old tho.

Any help would be appreciated..
