I for one haven't heard anything about GT4 coming out at the PSP launch in the US, however both games are different:

GT4: Simulation
RR: Arcade

I would still buy both:)

GT4 is being released in the States on the 29th of this month. I have preordered one from importmadness.co.uk..

GT4 release in UK probably is May, which is when the PSP is released. It is being released in the US this month tho.
