2.71 SE-C Coming Next Week ?

Well I guess Ill release the C Version and hen D next week, but right now I can't spent too much time on it.

The new stuff in SE C will be:

Speed Selection
The selection of plugins from MS
Some omitted protections to improve the creation of homebrew in the 2.71 Kernel, especially since there's a possible emergence of an irShell for 2.71.
Games from USB will be possible by loading a plugin from MS.

We look forward to the release :)

is there an installer for 2.71 se-b. I still have my psp at 1.50 it works fine all of my commercial games work up to 2.81 so i never had a reason to upgrade:confused:

Am happily looking forward to the next release of SE, some of the new features sound quite useful, maybe sony should take a leaf out of DA's book when they decide on new stuff for official updates, lol.

I really dont understand u ppl who r always asking for devHook. Why would you bother when 2.71 SE has it all.

It would be nice to have 3.0 somehow, whether that be devHook or 3.0 SE, I guess it doesn't really matter.

this is very good news i just recently upgraded my psp to 2.71 SE-B'' and i totally fell in love with it and when i upgraded it something stange happened the wallpaper i was using on my 2.6 before downgrading was still on my psp lmao weird but anyways keep up the great work on this Dark Alex you are a legend in my book and 2.71 SE firmware is the GOLDEN FIRMWARE lol

Because the devhook in 2.71 does not work for a few games That go in an UNAMED folder

Because 2.71 SE CANNOT be used on a TA-082, and a lot of people have this cursed PSP. :P A new version of devHook would be so much better for HEN users.

This may not be the right thread b ut I recently went from 1.50 to 2.71 seb" using the seb full install. Everything seemed to work well until I got tekken D.K. which is 2.60. It gives me an error code Game could not start 80020148. Do you have to use the Hen Cwith the Seb system or am i just doing something wrong?
