I have indeed, i was able to transfer a save from Tortri's system over the sd card. There is no encrypetion or anything it is simply a file easily transfer or modify. Also for proof of thid I will soon be posting a youtube video showing this here (http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=abeisgreat).

you can download saves off the internet by taking out the SD card and inserting it into a card reader on a pc, theres only a few sites with Wii gamesaves thou

Not only that, it also has bad editing around 1:20. Besides, I'm willing to bet that Nintendo have developed security good enough to prevent a photo hack from working.

Nintendo have probably also have security on the channels to prevent illegal ones being made and the current channels being hacked, Nintendo have thought of almost everything!
