Dreamcast and Saturn webbrowsers

Hey is their a web browser for the Saturn? If so do you know what the limitations are for it?

Example, is it like the PSP's browser where they give you memory limits and flash and other stuff is limited? I also need the info for the Dreamcast browser. The reason is I am going to create a DC Portal similar to the PSP portal.

No, it doesn't really need to be... With the amount of DC users that still go online, updaing it would be pretty pointless.

i remember http://dreamcast.planetweb.com/ was taken down (1-2 ago), and there was a big out cry from the dreamcast scene, so it was put back up.... the end
