i find this type of proggy very helpful

ever wanted to try something out? ever got a bios image that had the .ROM attachment to it? well now you can change the file to the file you want this proggy i found i guess its handy because some people might wanna test things out, bah whatever try it out i guess it would be very very very helpful to be able to change the file exstension you have

P.S. this zip file is was uploaded by me but if it does anything that is not supposed to do as explained here i am not liable for anything that happens i found it via google and installed it on my computer no problems have occured as of yet but still i dont wanna be banned if it does, well then here you go i have checked and installed it myself it works

well it is off topic but i dont remember reading a rule like that, anyway thanks for telling me that i wont do it ever again, im taking it down right now
