Seems to be some kind of ebook reader. It requires you to turn your DS sideways but that's about all I could tell, I just saw lots of Japanese when I ran it.

It works with english .txt files as well but I have only gotten it to display in japanese formatting so far (top to bottom, left to right). Hopefully there will be an english release soon.
