The Talkman software for PSP comes with a microphone which fits on the upper USB port the same way the PSP camera chotto shotto does.

Well the news is that the PSP Camera itself has a
microphone built in and the idea popped up to the PSPgadgetz blogger that would that work...

Well he tried and viola... the PSP Camera works with the talkman software as IS! it is indeed cool that one need not shift accessories once for a talkman mircophone, then a camera etc etc. Uh-oh there is the GPS thing too right? yeah me wonders why all these 3 are not clubbed into one unit and sold too...

I would love to have a camera and a GPS bundled in one personally. How about you.

Oh yes, PSPGadgetz blog (http://plaza.rakuten.co.jp/pspcell/diary/200611290000/) has uplaoded cool pics of the talkman actually working with the PSP camera and things which you can check up here. (http://plaza.rakuten.co.jp/pspcell/diary/200611290000/)

Having them both bundled would probably be a better deal so I would like them bundled.

They should make a guitar tuner software for the PSP.

lol, the camera+microphone+gps would be one chunky ass thing. Anyway- you will probably be taking it off and putting it back on all the time if you protect your psp with the standard value pack cover, so it wouldn't matter all that much if it was all in one or not.

I have yet to try the TalkMan UMD with the camera (it just arrived), but defenently sound like good news :-)

I hope there will be a European GPS software that will be as good as the Japanese one ( http://www.maplus-navi.jp/index.html ). It seem to be very good for use as a drivers aid...

Now Sony have to release a camera/mic/gps/bluetooth adapter (all in one) and I will be a happy camper. :-)

Best regards!

Sounds good, but does it work for games as well, like Socom? Can anyone confirm this?

I'm gonna get a camera the day it comes out in Europe.

They should make a guitar tuner software for the PSP.

If you mean software helping you to tune your guitar's strings, there is already a homebrew app which does, and that is Zion's Guitar-Tuner (http://www.dcemu.co.uk/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=32896&highlight=guitar+tuner).

Socom isn't Socom without playing online, so of course I do, and no, it's not different.
