Just wondering if anyone has one of these, and is it as great and easy as they say it is? It looks like a areally easy way to do DS Homebrew.

no, it's not worth it, it's sold out everywhere, get a ninjapass x9 (http://www.ninjapass.com/index.php?mod=com_Products) which also has much more memory than a DS-xtreme.

I find it the easiest to use. I have one it is great. It is a bit small tho only 512mb, but it fits everything like my mp3s that i need. Haha, the above poster has 1 post

ive heard that the ninjapass x9 is pretty bad.
DSX isnt the best.
i would suggest an M3 or Supercard.

I bought a DSX for christmas, and it rules!

The only thing you can fault it for is the limited capacity, but its so quick and easy to swap files over usb, it doesnt bother me :)

I have one and it is REALLY good since you can play "clean roms" with no patching required. It supports MOST homebrew and it has multiplayer over roms.

You should take a look at the R4 or M3 Slot-1 cartridge. These let you use memory cards to store files on so there's no real size limits like with the DS extreme.

I have both ds xtreme and m3 and i would say the m3 is better value as you are not limited to 512mb, both are simple to use just drag and drop your homebrew or backups and away you go. If i had to choose between them i would choose the m3
