Ok, I have the 3.01 FW on my PSP. Should I upgrade to 3.02 or stay w/3.01? I have a TA-082 motherboard, so I don't know :D

it's upto you, I would say to stay where you are as your a bit too high up on the firmware which if you stayed on 2.71 you could've emulated 3.01 even with a TA-082 motherboard

Try using the network update feature, Stump, if you can't, than I would try sony's website.

Unless you own the Japanese version of parappa the rapper, 3.02 has nothing to offer you over 3.01.
