yes I have found mention about this place on other forum lately and according to post someone alredy received brand new dreamcast system from them.

I haven't found easy way to get know if seller ship outside US. Probably, some of them do international shipping, but how do i know?

When you are checking the product, go down and you will see if they do international shipping or not.

Last week I was seeing Dreamcast stuff and a lot of them do intenational shipping. Believe me, it's right ;)
