devhook ultimate installer question

hi im a very lazy person and find installing devhook a little challenging. for dh 0.46 i used this program called ultimate installer (by chaoszero i think) and it did everything for me and in 10 minutes it was ready to use. just wondering if a new version of this was out as ive looked for it but am too stupid to find it
