David Perry refutes the involvement of his company. Attention back on OnLive?

Gaikai boss David Perry has denied that his company is in talks with Sony over either a streaming games deal or a takeover.
MCV reported last week that Sony was close to agreeing a buyout of a streaming games firm (http://www.mcvuk.com/news/read/sony-close-to-agreeing-cloud-gaming-acquisition/096914). Gaikai then appeared to become the front-runner (http://www.mcvuk.com/news/read/gaikai-emerges-as-sony-acquisition-frontrunner/097009) after issuing a very provocative E3 announcement tease.

Perry, however, has denied the involvement of his company – placing the attention once again back on OnLive.
"I wasn't even at the Sony press conference," Perry told Eurogamer (http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2012-06-06-a-deal-between-sony-and-gaikai-doesnt-exist-says-david-perry) when asked if such a deal exists.
"I was sitting in my hotel room, and I know everyone was like, 'Oh my god, are they going to announce cloud gaming?' And I was like, 'No, they're not going to announce cloud gaming.' I wasn't even there!"
