I always wanted to use like a psx or ps2 emu but i figure, nah since most people do have ps2/ps3. I still think it's great for the people that sold theres and still have "legit" backups though.

this is actually my very first time trying the PS2 emulator, till now i have been using the PSX emulator which has kept me fairly entertained.

can this emulator match / almost match the performance of the PS2 system?

Please, download the final versions, not these beta versions. Go to the official site (www.pcsx2.net) and download the latest version ;)
