I have a US version Nintendo Wii and have to Use a stepdown converter which i must say is a tad annoying but today SuccessHK (http://www.superufo.com/product_html/Nintendo_Wii_Wii_AC_Adaptor.html?aff_id=24) have released a 3rd Party Multi region AC Adapter for the Nintendo Wii at a price of $13.42

seems cheap and cheerful, pity the Wii is'nt RegionFREE thou. anyone with a US Wii in the EU will have to stick to buying US games until the WiiLoader/Freeloader is released...

Cheap - Yes

Worthwhile - Not really, I would just recommend people to buy their own region of Wii and wait for the loader (if wanting to play imports)

Nintendo should do what SONY do with their AC boxes and just supply 110-240v boxes with every console and have the universal socket thing with the country of purchase's plug ie; 3pin UK 2pinEU etc etc
