What do you mean by "What exactly do i do"
You play homebrew games

I mean:
after i downgrade to 1.5, what do i do 2 properly update to 3.02 OE-A an B? and what's the difference between OE-A and B?

OE-B is better
We cant decide what you want to do.It is your choice weather you choose to update to it or stay at 1.5

1.5 means that you can run all emulation and homebrew available.
3.02 OE-b can also play all homebrew and emus. It can also use all the extras of a 3.02 psp and play any psx game on the compatibility list. It also has a recovery mode which means that if you brick the psp while on 3.02 oe-b, you can recover it.
There is a list of homebrew and emulators down the left of this page
