v2.80 sotware and TA-082 motherboard

Hi guys, im new to all of this but would be greatful if you could give me a couple of pointers. I've got a new psp running v2.80 software ans a TA-082 motherboard. Is it true i cant downgrade my software and wont be able to run any homebrew stuff? Thank-you for any information given

no right now if you were to attempt downgrading your PSP you would render it DEAD

If it was a 2.71 TA-082 you could of downgraded.

Although Dark Alex is meant to be working on a 2.80 TA-082 Downgrader.He said he was going to see if he could combine 0okms 2.80 Downgrader with his TA-082 downgrader.So there could be a 2.80 TA-082 Downgrader
