Hey! I made this program that makes Cheat files in Visual basic.
I Tested it and it works! Hope you enjoy it!

In case of any bugs there is a "About" button in the program, it has my email :)

Rin is a Nintendo gameboy emulator that was ported to the PSP, it uses TCH files for cheat codes (GameShark)

why use a rin or gpsp cheat maker JUST USE NOTEPAD PEOPLE but any way i think its good that you took time out of you life to make this so well done
