Is it possible to rip content out of PSX games (such as dummy files, movies, music etc) making them smaller, for use with popstation?
Thanks

It is possible. I have seen PSX rips on the internet. I don't know how to do it though.

Or you can use a program like UltraISO to open the ISO and edit the contents manually, I believe.

Yea use pocket iso, but you better know what youre removing otherwise you might delete a cutscene you want or a music file

You can also try to use magiciso to edit and extract the iso file. It works very well to me.
