Resistor value for R2

Hi guys I have a Dreamcast. The controler stopped working and I found this site and it suggests that I jump F1 and I did. But before I did that I tried removeing R2 and it broke. So I need to find the value to replace that.

Well just to let everyone know I used a 10 ohm resistor and the Dreamcast is working now. I can finally play Zombies Revenge to the end. This is a great site! Thanks!
