help with SE_PLUGINS

Many people have talk about some plugins not letting their 3.02 OE PSPs run, but others say all the plugins still work with 3.02 OE...so can any one post a list of plugins that work fine with the 3.02 OE....pls

and the irsmp3.prx both work.

does the mp3 plugin work for overclocking cpu speed? does it work for games to?

The mp3 plugin does have an overclocking option, I don't know if it works in games. I don't even know how to get the mp3 plugin to work in homebrew games.
