meh....i think wii sports is fun but I wouldnt call it the best game of 2006. Gears of War should be number 1, then Zelda TP.

I concur, there are way to many good games to make a list like that of a "top ten". Simply a way to get attention is all this is.

Zelda should be first, Its the best game to come out in a long time. Guitar hero 2 should be higher. And can any one tell me why table tennis is on the list(and at number 7) This list is completly retarded.

They missing MGS: PO and FFXII. Wii sports shouldn't be no. 1 Otherwise I guess they did good for a non gaming magazine.

Definitely not Table Tennis. I mean, it was surprising how deep it was, but certainly not worthy of the top ten.

zelda tp took tons more time to make than wii sports, wii sports is just a demo of what the wii can actually do, i wouldn't even call it a game!

how is super mario bros so high, in my opinion, that game was pretty boring, having beaten every other mario game out there already...

ff12 really should be in that list, considering the time and effort put into a more original final fantasy game...or maybe okami...not sure...the late 2006 year is when all the good games came out so i don't remember if there were actually any good ones from earlier

oblivion should have made the list. zelda should have been first, rainbow 6 also should have made the list. final fantasy 12 should have. lots more. very poorly done top 10.

FFXII was a massive let down for many people. (including me :( ) I agree, I dont see why Wii sports could even be close to Zelda, let alone Gears of War.

Note, the games in bolded are the ones i own, others never played it lol, but i rate from popularity and being unbiased lol.

FFXII deserves game of the year award btw, best FF game up to date lol

i played the new super mario bros. demo at target, and it didnt impress me that much. they should have had a new way to end the level instead of copy super mario bros 1
