Digital Extremes, heavily involved in PC development in the past, has revealed that the PC version of its long-in-development action game Dark Sector is now not going to see the light of day.
The news comes in a recent interview with project lead Steve Sinclair conducted by Gamespot, in which the development honcho confirms that the moody-looking title while no longer PC-bound is still heading for a "simultaneous launch on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360."
In case you've missed previous coverage of the game, Dark Sector started off as a space-based romp in the stars but now has you playing in a near-future adventure where bio-weapons take center stage. It's currently scheduled for release at the end of the year.
