Beats of Rage creators SENILE TEAM (http://www.senileteam.com/) revealed their new Dreamcast project: A 'Micro Machines'-like 2D racer! Here's what jeroen wrote on the Senile Team Forums (http://www.senileteam.com/forum_read.php?thread=284):

In our interview with destructoid (http://www.destructoid.com/interview-with-senile-team-rage-and-beatings-ensue-27998.phtml) a month ago we mentioned that a surprise was coming, and here it is:

Very cool, I always used to love the Micro Machine games for my Genesis.

Wow... this is everything I'd meant my Sprint game to be - I like that Senile team have staying power.

Really looking forward to this one!

Looks a lot like Thrash Rally on the Neo Geo, and I do love Micro Machines. Can't wait!

Reminds me of GTA2, on the PSone. But heck, I loved GTA2. Can't wait for this one to be released. Everytime the Dreamcast gets another release, I grin real big. :D

Anyone remember Super Cars II on the Amiga. It reminds me of that, and I used to love that game.

The addition of both forward and rear firing missles was excellent fun, especially in split screen 2 player mode.
