You ca go into the options and change it to english and YKB it isn't illegal to backup your own games as long as you dont distribute it.

hey can i put custom fonts on the psp using this? if so how do i do it?

No, there is also no way (I think) to put custom fonts on 3.03 OE-A2. You'll have to wait till Art releases a new one.
