According to the info provided in the sales kit, the English version is being published by Dark Horse Books, and will retail for $34.99 on January 29, 2013.
The Historia is famous for including a timeline (http://www.joystiq.com/2011/12/24/the-official-legend-of-zelda-timeline-isnt-entirely-official-ye/) of the series' storyline, but it's also full of concept art and other material, all edited and collected by producer Eiji Aonuma.
