how do you add new fonts to paint shop?

i downloaded a font.ttf and i was wondering how or if i can add it to paint shop

Click on the start button and go to "Run..."
type fonts and press enter.
drag the font into the window that opens and the font will be available the next time you start the program.

press the windows button not in photoshop but at the bottom on your task bar and run is on the right side:D
