regarding SOTM

Sig of the month #3 has more than 10 entrants.

so i am going to make it heats for voting, as polls only capacitate up to 10 options.

I will split the number and evryone can vote and the top 3 from each will go to a final, so there will be 6.
then 1 winner from that.
