Basic WinXP theam for 3.0X PSP icons and background converted by me. Zip includes topmenu_plugin.rco and background.jpg
// Install example for 3.03 OE-A
use X-Flash h or Deviant flash to flash topmenu_plugin.rco. Place topmenu_plugin.rco in
PSP/GAME150/__SCE__XFLASH\XFlash\Modified\
launch X-Flash and select the option to flash the menu. you can put the background.jpg in your photo folder and view it then set it as wallpaper. enjoy.

and this might be to much to ask fore but could you change the game folder icon to something el

when you selected it it says Usb Camera.
