Okay, gunntims0103 (the top mod) closed a thread without any good reason in the Nintendo DS Emulation And Homebrew section. This is the thread (http://www.dcemu.co.uk/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=48884).
The user that made this thread asked for a Nintendo DS emulator for PC and roms. As you can see in the thread, both moderators (Zion and gunntims0103, 2 excellent moderators?) said that it's illegal to provide roms. First of all, I think it's wrong because the user didn't ask for commercial roms, the user only said roms. And these roms can be homebrew roms. It's totally legal, and we can give links/files to the user if it's a homebrew rom.
Now I know you will say 'rom talk is not allowed', or something similar. But somebody can explain what are these homebrew roms doing in the Nintendo DS news Page (http://nintendo-ds.dcemu.co.uk/)? (In the left, check the list).
I cannot understand why these moderators (Zion and gunntims0103) don't allow to provide homebrew roms when we have these homebrew roms in the Nintendo DS main site (and it's DCEmu).

Thank you for pointing this out? Really your just grabbing at air. Please calm down. Anyone might have assumed that he was referring to warezed roms as those that know about the existence of homebrew roms generally know where to look.

If you have issues with the staff you will PM other Senior Staff or Admins in the future. This is an obvious attempt at gaining attention.

Please dont blow your good name in these forums over something as silly as a 24 hour ban. If we didnt want you here we would have perm banned you.
