The big winner is the DS (supprised? ), but next gen wise, its a important victory. Helped by Wii and PS3 shortages, the Xbox 360 finally breaks the 1 million sold a month, mark! (outselling the PS3 and the Wii combined) Shame for them it was still beaten by the old PS2.

Also good news for the PSP, after months of "the PSP is dieing" comments and news posts, it sells just short of million mark, doubling its last months sales.

How did the 360 outsell the wii this christmas? *sigh, numbers dont lie I suppose 0.o.
seems like the 360 truly is going to be stiff competition for the wii after all.
and here I thought us wii folk already had it won...

360 had more stock readily available (and a huge library of games)

Wii is sold out pretty much everywhere (I'm still waiting for it to come in stock over here so I can get one!)

If the Wii and PS3 actually had enough stock available, those results would've been different.


Regardless, 2007 will be a good year for gaming :D

PS2 outselling all three of the next gen systems, what a surprise, even infact, PSP outselling two of them, even more of a surprise.

Hmmm, apparantly that's just your opinion....

I'm glad to see the PSP jump a little in the sales this time around.
