Winnydows (http://www.winnydows.com/) has released a new version of his Video Converter for the PSP, heres whats new:
4.048 changes:
Maximum video bitrate for formats MP4 PSP, MP4 PSP 2.80, MP4 PSP 480 enhanced to 1500.
Change format don`t reset bitrate anymore.
Fixed set Delay for DVD with WAV sound.
Fixed framerate change.
Fixed many small bugs with VOB and D2V.

Please compare whar version of x264 will work faster on your cpu. Please post result and processor version.
