I didn't know where to post this so i post it here.

I'm currently looking on Ebay for a Snes console with games. I saw a couple of Europeen consoles and though they look good. Will it work here in Canada?

Yes, since the PAL machines use 220v. I think your country have 110v, so it will not burn your machine.

Ok, but will the image display properly? They have PAL and i have NTSC, do i need some kind of converter?

You'll need a universal adapter (PAL->NTSC & vice versa), but I've always used a step-down transformer.

I'm not sure since I've always had a PAL TV, but this TV was also able to display NTSC games properly.
