Popstation-FFVII error on MS

Ok, i currently have disk 1 of FFVII on my memory stick but not only can i not delete it, the text has turned rather weird on me. It`s hard to explain but check out the screenshot below. :(

Any ideas?

its been corrupted your gonna have to format to fix this problem

Formatting isn't required just look up a corruption fixer in the application section

this happened with me and i couldnt fix it so my 2gb card went in the bin
i formatted 10 or more times within 2days

Try to cut ( Note: not copy, Cut ) and paste in a folder on your pc
