I need to know if this Motherboard is able to play hombrews and BGA Emus and such all the info is for a friend and I promised I would fine somthing out for him, SO any help would be great.

You can downgrade it to 1.5 firmware....

Yes, absolutely. I have the same motherboard, I downgraded from 2.6 to 1.5. I now have the Dark alex OE firmware.

Your motherboard is perfectly fine and will be downgradable depending on the firmware

Nah its not minr this one here is my friends and he was interested in putting some Gba emulator and roms and such I think he has 2.50 or somthing like that mine is a 3.00 and a TA-082 motherboard so I know I'm pretty screwed for things like that lol.

your friend's psp is fine. Just upgrade to 2.71, then run the 2.71 downgrader to get to 1.50. From there, it is an easy upgrade to 3.03OE-A.

yup although my psp was a 2.80 ta-082 so wen i downgraded from 2.8-2.71 i took a very big chance but after all the praying that my beloved gaming consoul didnt get ruined ;) after 1.5 its a very easy to understand upgrade.
