How do I watch a AVI MPEG video?

I have 3.03 OE-B installed. How do i watch a AVI MPEG file? where do I put it? and what do I do to watch it?

You can't natively play this video on a PSP. a PSP will play either MPEG-4 or AVC coded mp4's
You can try a program called PSPlayerMT, but there is no guarantee it will work.

it is best to convert the video with a converter like action replay or psp9 or max midea

what about using PSP video 9 to transcode it?or perhaps some other conversion software that is posted on here regularly?
