The Vita version - which, according to Epic (http://www.computerandvideogames.com/336901/doctor-who-the-eternity-clock-is-1st-vita-game-to-use-unreal-engine-3-trailer/), is the first Vita game to run on Unreal Engine 3 - features "re-worked" puzzles to take advantage of the touch screen, along with new Near features, and Cloud saves which lets you load your save files on the PS3 version.
