The newly redesigned PlayStation 3 (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sony-PlayStation-12GB-Super-Console/dp/B009DL2TBK) is smaller and lighter than ever before; its the same old PS3 but in a brand new case!
By redesigning the internal design architecture, and removing the disc-fed tray and replacing it with a sliding top-loading disk cover, the PS3 Super Slim is reduced in size by up to 25% compared to the current Slim PS3. This new PS3 has 12GB of flash memory but if you want more you will be able to connect a SATA internal hard drive with use of an official mounting bracket, or pick up an official PlayStation 250GB internal HDD.
