IRShell is amazing, I had my xbox remote brake but the reciever still worked so I use IRShell for my Xbox now.

Snes9xTYL (never spell it right)
gPSP v0.9
IRShell
PSP Revolution (can't stop playing)
PSP Turismo or TTR (I love both)
etc.

I would say the following emus:

gpSP 0.9 (gba)
SNESX9TYL 0.4ME
NesterJ 1.20
CPS2 1.66 (Capcom Arcade)
RIN v1 32 (gbc)
scummvm 0.9

the emus that has the best performance is gpSP 0.9 & CPS2 1.66. and of course the the psx emu :P
