Toshiba has become the latest PC manufacturer to announce that it is now accepting pre-orders for its Windows 8 range.
The company’s consumer line-up of Windows 8 Satellite laptops and ultrabooks, Qosmio laptops, and all-in-one desktops are all available for pre-order and due to ship on October 26th.
Toshiba’s announcement, released last night, comes on the same day as Microsoft confirmed pre-orders for the Surface tablet (http://www.pcr-online.biz/news/read/microsoft-surface-will-start-at-399/029403), and a day after Samsung’s Windows 8 devices became available for pre-order (http://www.pcr-online.biz/news/read/samsung-s-windows-8-devices-available-for-pre-order-now/029401).
