What is striking in this survey is how negatively the US is seen across a range of diverse countries. Indeed the same policies are, in many cases, even unpopular in the US itself.

This, then, raises an obvious question. Is it simply the Bush administration's foreign policy or the whole image of America that is unpopular?

And put Dick into the presidents seat? Bush might be an ideological dumb ****... But there is a reason why Cheney is nick named the "Dark Prince".

I understand why congress isnt impeaching this moron. For one, it would do nothing as it would put another ass wipe into office.. impeaching again would only put another bad guy into office. By the time we finish impeaching it will be 2008 anyway.

The other reason. The new congress is doing other things, things that need to be done immediately. While I agree that Bush shouldnt be in office, there are more important things that need to be done and now congress has the power to make some much needed changes.

If you're suggesting that we impeach mostly for vengeance, then it is better to charge him with War Crimes later and put his ass in some sort of a prison.

It's this view that either upsets the enemies or scares the allies. But the fact is, if it can to a world war, I'd rather be against the US than against China. Trouble is definitely brewing.

China is big, its crazy (somewhat), and well their military outnumbers ours something like 10 to 1 (if you count all able bodied people "willing" to fight). China, if they had the resources, could take on the world.
