The Vita version of open-world racer Need for Speed Most Wanted is "the same game" as the PS3 version, says developer Criterion, which it calls a "significant achievement" on the portable.

All those principles looked like they were achievable on the machine, so that was what we set out to do."
While admitting to running into "performance challenges" with Vita, Webster says the team ultimately achieved its goal.
