freezing problems with sleep mode on 3.03 oe-b

basically the problem is everytime i put metal gear solid :portable ops into sleep mode (UMD, not iso or anything) on my psp, whenever i try to turn it back on, the psp doesnt respond until i do a hard turn off and restart my psp. anyone know what the problem could be?

Upgrade to 3.03OE-C. Supposedly this fixed the problem with the sleep mode for MGS
