PPSSPP is a fast, portable PSP emulator written in C++.
It still has very lousy compatibility but it's fully open source and has tons of potential.
It has a JIT recompiler for PC, and will soon have one for Android too.
PPSSPP can thus run on quite low-spec hardware, including stronger Android phones and tablets, as long as there's support for OpenGL ES 2.0.
