Fox News (http://www.foxnews.com/), NBC (http://www.nbcnews.com/), and CNN (http://www.cnn.com/) have called the U.S. election for incumbent Barack Obama. Of the so-called 'battleground states,' Obama carried Ohio, Iowa, Wisconsin, and New Hampshire, which, along with all of the solidly Democrat-leaning states, was enough to push him beyond the 270 required for victory. You can check this chart (http://elections.nytimes.com/2012/results/president/network-calls) to see the full list of states that have currently been called, and by which news networks. The NY Times has an excellent interactive map (http://elections.nytimes.com/2012/results/president) showing all election results updated in real time, as does CNN (http://www.cnn.com/election/2012/results/race/president?hpt=elec_racenav). It's currently projected that the Republicans will retain control of the House of Representatives (http://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/decision2012/house-republicans-poised-to-hold-majority-democrats-declare-end-of-the-tea-party/2012/11/06/f5767e92-27b3-11e2-b2a0-ae18d6159439_story.html?hpid=z4), and the Democrats will retain control of the Senate (http://nbcpolitics.nbcnews.com/_news/2012/11/06/14973899-democrats-projected-to-keep-control-of-senate?lite).
