Well its one of those times when Wraggy has to voice his opinion, some cheeky git on EBAY (http://cgi.ebay.com/Unpatched-GTA-LCS-with-2-00-upgrade-for-PSP_W0QQitemZ260081284948QQihZ016QQcategoryZ122516 QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem) is selling an unpatched version of GTA Liberty City Stories for a starting bid of $400.

Does that take the piss or what. if the price werte say $40 then i could understand the hike but 400 dollars is way over what anyone should pay.

The guy is a dick plain and simple. Guys if anybody wants a copy of this game that its not patched do what i did. Go to your local blockbusters or video store. Look for the game and rent it. The likelyhood is it will be unpatched because they all buy there games on release or before for rental perposes. Then say you lost it. Pay for the game and voala. Unpatched GTA in your hands for ever. :)

I have an unpatched LCS, which i used to downgrade my 2.6. I wouldn't sell it, just in case. Since having it, i've lent it to three people who have used it to downgrade.

I went to my local GameStop this morning as soon as they opened and luckily they had 1 used copy of GTA: LCS and it just so happened to have the 2.00 update on it.

So I scored it for a very reasonable $18.00.

just a little bit of info for the people who dont know already - theres a new gta exploit to allow downgrading on all firmwares, thats why theres renewed interest in this great game.

My GTA UMD came apart for some reason :( it still runs if i carefully put it together and insert it into my UMD drive but it sticks at the loading screen...had to dload the game to play it damn it! But I stil wouldn't sell it cos I may need it to downgrade from 2.6 again if for some bizarre reason my PSP goes funny (I'm paranoid but you never know! :P)

Hell if I knew of anyone near me that had a 3.03, I'd let them borrow my copy just to downgrade. I have two (unpatched and patched). But then again I'm too nice.

If I were to sell it, I'd start the bidding at what I paid 40 USD. Anyone dumb enough to hike the bid up to 400 USD, thats their problem. So long as I get paid, they'll get the product.

But I wouldn't force that price on anyone...
